Little Fish started as a gourmet fish fillet pop-up and is now located in the former Dinette space at the corner of Echo Park & Sunset. Most of their space is an overpriced market(Sprouts is literally across the street) but they do have coffee that is better than anything on the block. The Fish Sando they are known for just didn’t do it for me. I really can’t say I tasted anything but air and breading. I’m waiting for the day an employee drops a chicken filet in the batter and livens things up.

<p>Crawford's on Beverly(across from the Original Tommy Burger) is a drab yellow brick building with a sign on either side of the door, Fried Chicken &amp; Ice Cold Beer. If this seems out of place in modern LA, then you wouldn't be surprised to find out the inside is a trip back to a Texas dive bar. Pool tables and a jukebox sit at one end while large leather booths squeeze as many in as possible. They got boiled peanuts and cheap Bud on draft. The fried chicken(their website says best in LA) comes hot or not with only a few side options available.
